His stories of life lived, loved, lost, and found had a profound impact on everyone in the room.  Rock on Smokey:) #rockonAJ ...

As supporters of the non-profit Road Recovery, we get the opportunity to give back to our community through music and be a part of some amazing collaborations. As part of their ongoing Pledge Music campaign, Road Recovery supporter SLASH has lent his legendary guitar playing to the cause! Type II, the Road Recovery House Band, invited Slash to play with them on their song "Crimson Chaos." It was a blast mixing a song featuring Slash's signature guitar licks and sound. At its best, the studio is a place where people can come together and create something bigger than any of the individuals could on their own. In the word of Road Recovery founder Gene Bowen, this is "the power of we." To hear the song, head over to Road Recovery's Pledge Music profile and help support a great cause!  ...
