Booking, Deposit and Cancellation Policy

• There is a 3 hour minimum required on each booking.
• We require a 50% deposit to hold and confirm a session.
• The balance is due the final day/ hour of your session- BEFORE masters are released.
• Hourly billing starts when we start setting up the room for your session.
• The # of hours on your invoice are the minimum # hours you are obligated to pay for.
• Deposits are non refundable.
• We require 48 hours notification in the event of a cancelled session.
• With proper notice we can, and will,  apply your deposit toward your next session.
• NO WALK-INS- BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

Release of Masters and Mixes

• No master sessions files, mixes, roughs, etc. will be released under any circumstances until payment is made in full on the TOTAL session invoicing. Rough mixes will only be released if payments to the studio are current on the date of the request at the discretion of the studio owner or manager. NO EXCEPTIONS!  Pay your bill, and we give you everything you want- simple:)

Every booking at Threshold Studios gets the dual benefit of an engineer, producer for their session + direct access to Owner & Executive Producer / Project Manager James Walsh for their project management. It’s an owner operated, hands-on experience.
